I agree to the following conditions:

1. Animals boarded at owners risk
2. In case of illness or emergency I authorise Thorpe by Water Country Club to employ Vetinary assistance of their own choice.
3. Fees to be met by owner on return.
4. All fees to be paid for on collection, including any excess damage costs.
5. If an animal is not collected within 14 days of due departure and no communication is received by the kennels, the kennel owners have the right to re-home the animal at their discretion.
6. Rates are charged daily (12 noon to 12 noon)
7. Kennel Cough: Although our staff take every care and every precaution is taken, no member of staff or the owners can be held responsible in any way.
